Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET may begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take additional time. 

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Delivery estimates do not account for customs delays.

Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If a package is marked delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help file a claim with the carrier. For items damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product.

Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
